<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately transfer the content in the specific amount from a urine collection cup to a test tube. <P>SOLUTION: To make it possible to transfer the content with a flow rate per specified unit time to another container, the speed (rotation speed) at which a urine collection cup HC is inclined in DR4 direction is controlled. Then, the reversed time from the time point at which the liquid level of the specific amount is detected by a sensor 2b and the liquid level of the specific amount is detected by a sensor 2C to the completion of transfer is calculated.
