<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of improving a processing capacity, securing reliability of data, minimizing consumption of liquid for hemolysis, for example, a pretreatment liquid and a specimen, and efficiently performing an analysis. <P>SOLUTION: This autoanalyzer includes: a reaction cell for retaining a reaction liquid formed by reacting a specimen with a reagent; a specimen dispensing probe for dispensing, into the reaction cell, a prescribed quantity of specimen from a specimen container retaining the specimen; and an analysis section for analysing the reaction liquid of the specimen and the reagent. This autoanalyzer further includes a function for discharging, to the reaction cell, the liquid for performing a hemolytic action in the specimen dispensing probe along with the specimen when the whole blood specimen is retained in the specimen container, a prescribed quantity of the specimen is sucked by the specimen dispensing probe and then the sucked specimen is discharged to the reaction cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
