<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of achieving more accurate automatic leveling control for adjusting the optical axis position of a vehicle lamp by obtaining an angle of inclination of a vehicle against the horizontal surface from an inclination sensor. <P>SOLUTION: Irradiation control sections 228L and 228R hold a reference value of a road surface angle and a reference value of a vehicle posture angle. When the total angle including the road surface angle and the vehicle posture angle changes during vehicle stop, the irradiation control sections 228L and 228R generate a control signal by using the vehicle posture angle obtained from the new total angle and the reference value of the road surface angle, and hold the obtained vehicle posture angle as a new reference value. When the total angle is changed during traveling, the irradiation control sections 228L and 228R hold the road surface angle obtained from the new total angle and the reference value of the vehicle posture angle as a new reference value. When oil is being supplied to the vehicle 300, the irradiation control sections 228L and 228R correct the reference value of the road surface angle toward 0°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
