<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin roll processing apparatus, even if a package is torn when taking out a coin roll by a dispensing lever of a dispensing unit, capable of preventing loose coins from being scattered in an apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: A coin roll processing apparatus 10 includes a coin receiving member 70 in a dispensing unit 22 that is liftable/lowerable along the tip end of each coin-roll tray 25, so as to be movable with respect to a storage section 65.
