摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a precast pile further increased in strength by preventing displacement of a fixed position of spiral reinforcement at an end of a cage due to vibration or the like during manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: PC steel bars 15, 15 are disposed between end plates 1, 1 arranged apart according to the length of the pile. The PC steel bars 15 are arranged in a circular form to configure an axial steel product group 18, and the spiral reinforcement 20 is wound over the entire length of its outer periphery. A reinforcing band 10 is integrally fixed to an outer periphery 4 of the end plate 1, and a latching material 30 having a latching part 32 is fixed to an inner surface 12 of the reinforcing band 10. An end 21 of the spiral reinforcement 20 is latched to the latching material 30 to form the cage 35. The cage 35 is contained in a usual molding formwork, and concrete is placed by a conventional method to configure the precast pile 40 [Fig.1 (a), (b)].
