<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, an access network, and a method for the same, capable of reducing the QoS information quantity to be treated for efficient QoS information processing. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of a radio base station and a packet control device constituting a radio access network system connected to an IP network via node devices: has a QoS permission/acceptance control function for examining a first communication quality request received from a radio mobile station with communication quality level information assured for the radio mobile station in advance, converting the request into a second communication quality request assured for the radio mobile station and converting the second communication quality request into a third communication quality request permissible for communication resources in the radio access network; and, when receiving a second or a third communication quality request from another node device connected to another radio access network with the handover between radio mobile station node devices, converses the received communication quality request into a communication quality request permissible for the communication resources of the radio access network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
