<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmosphere intake valve device capable of achieving cost reduction and work effort reduction by combining a flow adjustment function with a backflow prevention function. <P>SOLUTION: The atmosphere intake valve device includes: a valve element 35, supported at its upper end, for blocking a flow path under its own weight; and an opening adjustment member 37 provided on a downstream side with respect to the valve element. The valve element is opened to a downstream side by dynamic pressure of fluid 26, and is limited in opening by touching the opening adjustment member.
