<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for an apartment house in which a dwelling unit intercom can display power consumption of the dwelling unit and advice about energy without requiring a LAN in a residential building separately. <P>SOLUTION: A dwelling unit intercom 11 comprises: a first connection terminal 11a which connects to an intercom line 15; and a second connection terminal 11b which connects to a measurement device 3 that incorporates a Web server 3b and generates a power monitoring screen including power consumption of a dwelling unit. Through the second connection terminal 11b, while the power consumption monitoring screen is downloaded from the measurement device and displayed, an energy information screen provided in a content server 20 is downloaded and displayed with a system controller 14 that is interposed therebetween as a gateway. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
