<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a wood decorative plate that is manufactured by integrally laminating a wood fiberboard with a surface decorative material using aqueous adhesives, and capable of reducing the occurrence of non-conforming articles of the wood decorative plate. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the wood decorative plate is configured such that the aqueous adhesives are applied on the surface of the wood fiberboard or a composite material having the same on the surface, and thereby the surface decorative material is laminated integrally. In the method, a humidifying heat treatment is applied to the wood fiberboard under a pressure lower than the molding pressure in manufacturing the wood fiberboard prior to the coating of the aqueous adhesives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
