<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition having excellent detergency to oil spots and good stability at low temperature, generating a large quantity of foam from the start of cleaning even under coexistence of oil, and also having good sustainability thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains compounds represented by formula (a1) and formula (b1) and an amphoteric and/or a semipolar surfactant (c), In formula (a1), AO is an oxyethylene group and/or an oxypropylene group, m is an average repetition number of AO and is 6-12, and x and y are each an integer of 1-6 and 6≤x+y≤12.
