<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer cross structure capable of reducing a construction cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayer cross structure, cross structures 1a and 1b which are provided with an intersection where a first road 10 and a second road 30 extending in a direction different from the first road 10 cross, and allow advance from the first road 10 to the second road 30 or from the second road 30 to the first road 10 by making a right or left turn at the intersection, and rotary structures 2a and 2b which are provided with an annular rotary part which can be approached and advanced to/from a third road 20 extending in parallel with the first road 10 and fourth roads 40 and 60 extending in parallel with the second road 30, and allow advance from the third road 20 to the fourth roads 40 and 60 or from the fourth roads 40 and 60 to the third road 20 by circulating the rotary part are superimposed at mutually different height positions.
