<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fine particle dispersion paste that has high sinterability, and with which a sintered layer having excellent surface smoothness is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic fine particle dispersion paste contains a (meth)acrylic resin, inorganic fine particles, and an organic solvent. The organic solvent includes an aromatic ring and a hydroxyl group, and is characterized in that the boiling point is ≥200°C and <300°C, the viscosity is ≥30 mPa s, and the surface tension is ≥30 mN/n and <50 mN/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
