This liquid curable epoxy resin composition is essentially composed of an alicyclic epoxy compound (A) that has a cyclic aliphatic skeleton and two or more epoxy groups in the molecule, silica (B), and a phosphorous ester (C). It is preferable that the liquid curable epoxy resin composition is, for example, a composition obtained by blending 5 to 80 parts by weight of an alicyclic epoxy compound (A) that has a cyclic aliphatic skeleton and two or more epoxy groups in the molecule, 20 to 95 parts by weight of silica (B), and 0.001 to 5.0 parts by weight of a phosphorous ester (C), with the total amount of the components (A) and (B) being 100 parts by weight. |
