PAYMENT AGENCY SYSTEM USING DEBIT CARD

摘要

PURPOSE: A payment settlement agency mediation system based on a debit card is provided to enable a user to actively manage the usage of a debit card in a member store by restrictively permitting the usage of the debit card. CONSTITUTION: An information storage unit(210) stores the debit card information of each user and the identification information of each member store. An interface providing unit(220) provides an interface for selecting the member store through a web service. A right establishment unit(230) establishes the debit card usage right of the user in the selected member store. In case a debit card registered by the user is not existed in a card company server, a service providing unit(240) requests the issue of the debit card to the card company server.
