PURPOSE: A meat grill is provided to prevent meat from being stick on a grill by reducing a contacted area of the meat and grill as much as possible by putting the meat on a heat path. CONSTITUTION: A meat grill(10) has a higher central portion and low edge(40). A heat path(20) is formed to be bulging upward more than a grill bottom(30). Heat of flames is directly transmitted to meat through a heat path. Oil is flows into the grill bottom, thereby being collected in the edge. The heat path prevents the meat from being stick on the grill by minimizing a contacted area of the meat and grill when grilling the meat. |
