PURPOSE: A nano size bubble producing device in water is provided to maximize characteristics of nano-bubble by dissolving maximum amount of nano-bubble in liquid. CONSTITUTION: A nano size bubble producing device in water comprises a depression tank(110) and an anticyclone tank(120). In the depression tank, low vapor pressure is generated. In the high pressure tank high pressure is generated. Liquid in the high pressure tank is exhausted less than an amount of liquid inflowed into the high pressure tank. Bottom parts of the high pressure tank and the pressure tank are connected to a high pressure generating tube(130) and a low vapor pressure generating tube(140). The high pressure generating tube comprises a motor(131) and a bubble generation apparatus(132).
