PURPOSE: A symmetrical diamond anvil cell is provided to obtain enough data in a high pressured physical property inspection by forming an incident angle and scattering-opening angle at a predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION: A symmetrical diamond anvil cell comprises a top body(2), a bottom body(1), a plurality of bellevilles(6), a top diamond supporting board(3), a bottom diamond supporting board(4), a gasket supporting board(5), a gasket, and a pair of diamond anvils. Scattered lights radiates from the top body. The bottom body generates static high pressures between an interval with the top body by joining to the top body and fastening bolts. The bellevilles installed to be penetrated through a plurality of the bolts gradually pressures the bolts. The top and bottom diamond supporting boards support the pair of the diamond anvils. The gasket supporting boards prevent the gasket from being separated. The gasket comprises a hole fixing the gasket. The diamond anvils directly contacts to the gasket, thereby pressing the sample.
