PURPOSE: Pine mushroom tea containing lentinus edodes, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the palatability of the pine mushroom tea, and to maintain the flavor of the tea after storing for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pine mushroom tea containing lentinus edodes comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials from pine mushrooms; freeze-drying the partial pine mushrooms until the water content of the pine mushroom is less than 5wt%; drying the rest of the pine mushrooms inside a yellow soil drying chamber; mixing the freeze-dried pine mushroom and the dried yellow soil chamber dried pine mushrooms in a weight ratio of 4-6:6-4, and crushing the pine mushroom mixture into 50-100 meshes; removing the foreign materials from the lentinus edodes; drying the lentinus edodes in the sun; crushing the lentinus edodes into 50-100 meshes; mixing 100 parts of pine mushroom powder by weight with 500-600 parts of lentinus edodes powder by weight; dipping the obtained pine mushroom tea into pear juice; and aging the mixture for 10-15 hours at 25-35 deg C, and drying the mixture for 10-20 hours at 35-45 deg C.
