Excavation face roughness measuring system and system, and method using the same

PURPOSE: A device and system for measuring a cutting surface roughness and a method for measuring a cutting surface roughness using the same are provided to measure a roughness of a cutting surface even an underwater cutting surface. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a cutting surface roughness comprises a semi-solid material(110), a compression plate(120), an extending and shrinking member(140), a wire(130), and a control member(160). One side of the semi-solid material is pressurized and molded with respect to the cutting surface roughness. The other side of the semi-solid material is joined to the one side of the compression plate. The compression plate is joined to both end parts of the extending and shrinking member and extended and shrank in a longitudinal direction. The wire is joined to the compression plate or the extending and shrinking member for pulling. The control member is connected to the extending and shrinking member, thereby controlling a degree of the extending or shrinking of the extending and shrinking member.
