摘要 PURPOSE: A lightweight mold panel integrated with a long fiber-reinforced frame and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a weight of a panel because resins are formed into the sheet or mat shape. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lightweight mold panel integrated with a long fiber-reinforced frame is as follows. Thermoplastic resins are melted, and one of the glass fibers, carbon fibers, aramid, and natural fibers is cut in 3~10mm. The cut fibers are put into the melted resins, and GMT(Glass fiber Mat reinforced Thermoplastic) is manufactured. The GMT is extruded (S120). Extruded resins are formed into the panel shape, and a resin flat plate is made(S130). A plurality of the plates is laminated in the mold. The plates are heated, pressurized, and melted. The heated plates are welded with being pressurized, and formed into the mold panel(S170). The panel is ejected after being frozen(S180).
