Provided is an organic electroluminescence device that can be driven at a low voltage, and has a high efficiency, excellent durability and a small change in chromaticity when driving at a high temperature. The organic electroluminescence device has a pair of electrodes disposed on a substrate and at least one organic layer including a light emitting layer disposed between the electrodes. The organic electroluminescence device contains a compound represented by the following Formula (1) in any one layer of the organic layers and a phosphorescence emitting material represented by the following Formula (C-1) in the light emitting layer.
