The apparatus (100) has a contact element (211) i.e. film hinge, with two guide devices, where each guide device is configured to rest against respective cell arrester (102). Another contact element (212) has two holding devices, where each holding device is configured to surround the respective guide device and the cell arrester. The latter contact element has a flat piece that is arranged between the cell arresters. The holding devices are arranged on diametrically opposed sides of the flat piece.
