The method involves manufacturing a carrier plate (10) with holes (14) for fiber bundles and a soft elastic element (12). The elastic element is manufactured by extruding an elastic material in a spraying mold by the holes. The bundles are inserted into the holes. Fastening ends of the bundles withdrawing from the holes are fastened to the plate by edge melting. The elastic element and the bundles are inserted into the plate and another spraying mold, respectively, where a part of a brush body is molded at the plate. An independent claim is also included for a brush comprising a carrier plate. |
