摘要 <p>The method for casting a metal strip in a continuous casting plant, is claimed, where the casting plant comprises a strand guide defining strand guide segments (3), each of which comprises a support frame (6) on both sides of the metal strip. Strand guiding rollers (7) are arranged on the support frame along the conveying direction, where a bend of the support frame is subjected perpendicular to the surface of the metal strip for the delivery of the strand guide rollers in a feed direction. The bend lies about an axis, which stands perpendicular to the conveying direction. The method for casting a metal strip in a continuous casting plant, is claimed, where the casting plant comprises a strand guide defining strand guide segments (3), each of which comprises a support frame (6) on both sides of the metal strip. Strand guiding rollers (7) are arranged on the support frame along the conveying direction, where a bend of the support frame is subjected perpendicular to the surface of the metal strip for the delivery of the strand guide rollers in a feed direction. The bend lies about an axis, which stands perpendicular to the conveying direction and perpendicular to the feed direction. A bending moment applied to the support frame is produced, where a part of the support frame extending adjacent to the metal strip in a parallel manner and a distant part of the support frame defining different temperatures and further extending away from the metal strip in a parallel manner are obtained. A temperature media disposed in the region of the metal strip extending parallel to the further metal strip of the distant part of the support frame flows through a fluid channel (10) to maintain the part of the support frame at a desired temperature, where cooling water with a defined temperature and/or a defined volume flow flows through the fluid channel. A size of the bending moment applied onto the support frame is determined depending on the results of a simulation calculation, which mathematically maps the continuous casting process. The support frame is moved by actuators (11, 12) in the feed direction relative to the metal strand in the feed direction to employ the strand guide rollers for the metal strip. The bending of the support frame is measured and the bending of the causative parameters such as the temperature and/or the volume flow of the cooling water is adjusted in a closed loop mode so that a desired deflection of the support frame is carried out. An independent claim is included for a continuous casting plant.</p>
