The present invention concerns a pharmaceuticol compositon containing, acetic acid, thymol, vanillin, trace of a high potency corticosteroid, rose oil or lemon oil, vitamins, antioxidants. Acetic acid has a keratolytic, bactericidal and fungicidal action, vanillin is a potent fungicide and flavouring agent, rose oil or lemon oil is smoothing and flavouring. The presently claimed formulation is indicated for psoriasis, eczema, leg ulcer, bed ulcer and all fourms of burnes, relief of scaling and flaking associated with skin conditions. Said formulation (ointment, cream, solution, lotion, emultion, spray) provides in 100 gram 2mg-7mg w/w of a high potency corticosteroid, which makes a long term continuous therapy very safe. |
