<p>The system comprises an investigation chamber (70) to check the passenger entering through the entrance door (13). A compression device (34) is provided to generate under pressure and/or a gas stream into the chamber. A discharge passage (72) is provided to discharge gas sample in the chamber. A tester (36) is provided to trace the substance in gas sample, so as to recognize the gas sample which passed out through the filter.
