A seat belt device (1) includes a band-like body (10) that is formed in a U shape due to a lower portion (31) and two extension portions (32, 33) and is elastically deformable, first and second retractors (11, 12) that wind each belt (14, 15) connected to each extension portion (32, 33), a third retractor (13) that winds a first lap belt (16) connected to one end portion of the lower portion (31), a second lap belt (17) that is connected to other end portion of the lower portion (31) and has a tongue plate (18), a buckle (19) to which the tongue plate (18) can be connected, and first and second support members (20, 21) that support front-end portions (32a, 33a) of each extension portions (32, 33) and are rotatable about pivots (41).
