<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-treatment device capable of aligning sheets in a sheet conveying direction with high accuracy at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A finisher control part of a finisher 500 connected to an image forming apparatus selects one intermediate tray from a plurality of intermediate trays (a treatment tray 630 and a binding treatment tray 830) based on a signal from the image forming apparatus. The finisher control part further controls sheet stacking timing to stack newly conveyed sheets by shifting them by a predetermined deviation quantity in the sheet conveying direction with respect to at least one sheet retained at a buffer roller 505 according to the selected intermediate tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
