<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device that switches a tray with timing required by a user, without stopping a print job with unexpected timing, and to provide a tray selection program. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device 1 includes: a storage section 11 for storing tray status information 11B indicating an attribute of paper stored in each of a plurality of trays 20A to 20D provided for an image forming apparatus 2, which performs a printing process; and a tray operation control section 10A that, when switching from a tray being used to another tray is requested during performing one printing process in the image forming apparatus 2, refers to the tray status information 11B, indicates a tray storing paper having the attribute identical to that of the tray being used, also switches from the indicated tray to a selected tray, and continues the one printing process in the image forming apparatus 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
