Photovoltaic solar panel with thin-layer diodes

The panel has lower and upper substrate plates (11, 21) respectively comprising lower diodes (13) i.e. amorphous silicon-based PIN diodes and upper diodes (23) i.e. amorphous silicon-germanium based NIP diodes on faces. The faces are joined together with interposition of a bonding layer (20). The upper diodes photo convert light radiations having a wavelength less than a value and develop a voltage. The lower diodes photoconvert the radiations with a wavelength less than another value and develop another voltage. Ratio between widths of the strips is equal to a ratio between the voltages. The transparent layer is made of polymer. The upper substrate plate is made of glass.
