The plate-shaped composite sheet (20) has reinforcing fibers (21) that are provided by impregnating partially consolidated fiber-matrix with a semi-thermoplastic resin used as a matrix material. Several wire structures are provided at the composite sheet main portion. The wire structures are comprised of individual wires along specific direction. The wire structures are provided as wire nets (26) within the composite sheet main portion. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) manufacturing method of fiber reinforced plastic mold; and (2) fiber reinforced plastic mold.
