Winding device for electric wire

The device has a drum (1) mounted rotatably around a rotational axis (Z1) of a frame (5). Switches cut electric connection between an end of an electric wire and a connection block (8), and have a fixed contact (20) secured to the frame and the block. The switches have a movable contact (10) mounted rotatably around a rotational axis (Z2) of the drum and connected to other end of the wire. The movable contact is rotatably movable between disconnected and connected operating positions, in which the movable contact is disconnected from and connected to the fixed contact, by traction on the wire.
