The method involves adjusting a base approximate value to a maximum value of a mapping table. A detected approximate value is requested, and a region of the mapping table is determined according to the detected approximate value. The base approximate value is adjusted to a high value of the region. A high threshold value and a low threshold value are determined based on the base approximate value. The base approximate value is set to a preset value when an approximate function is deactivated. The region is adjusted by using polynomials.
