PURPOSE: An artificial recharge method of underground water through a tube well and an artificial recharge system of underground water therefor are provided to rapidly supply underground from a underground water recharge well to a underground water using well. CONSTITUTION: An artificial recharge system(100) of underground water through a tube well comprises an underground water recharge well(110), an underground water recharge tube(120), and an underground water recharge pump(130). The recharge well is formed to be adjacent to a water source(20). The recharge tube supplies water from the recharge well to an underground water using well(15). The recharge pump allows the water to be supplied from the recharge well to the underground water using well.
