PURPOSE: An electrophoretic image display device is provided to prevent output of image information undesired by a user by displaying a noise screen in order to not display a reversed image. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoresis panel displays an image. A gate driver operates a gate line of the electrophoresis panel. A data driver operates a data line of the electrophoresis panel. A timing controller provides a video signal to the data driver. An image modulation part(68) displays a noise image on the electrophoresis panel.
