PURPOSE: A tile molding apparatus capable of producing large-sized tiles is provided to improve the production accuracy of the large-sized tiles, and to easily produce a mold. CONSTITUTION: A tile molding apparatus comprises the following: a supporter(2) charged with molding materials for molding tiles; a pressurizing unit(20) including a molding sheet(29) on the surface, located to be elevated for pressurizing the molding materials; oil chambers(22) formed on the pressurizing unit for charging oil; a passage(24) connecting the oil chambers to the horizontal and vertical directions; and a pressure distribution member(26) contacting with the molding sheet, and inserted into the oil chambers for receiving the pressure from the oil. The molding sheet is obtained by filling urethane liquid to a sheet site groove of a punch unit. The pressure distribution member is insert-fixed to a protrusion(30) of the punch unit. |
