PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heating fin of an interior heater for a vehicle is provided to control the width of a heating fin by regulating the position of a distance adjusting locking pin from a fixing pin. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a heating fin of an interior heater for a vehicle is as follows. The position of a distance adjusting locking pin(21) is controlled to regulate the distance from a fixing pin(31). The initial bending position of a heating fin member is set by a position regulating device(80). The heating fin member is bent by a reciprocating bending device(50). The bent heating fin member is moved upward by driving a reciprocating separating device(60). The separated heating fin member is rotated so that the bent portion of the heating fin member is located on the distance adjusting locking pin and bent by driving the reciprocating bending device. The bent heating ring member is moved upward by driving the reciprocating separating device and bent again. Both ends of the heating fin member are finished.
