PURPOSE: A device for continuously discharging pyrolytic residue with an air blocking function is provided to guarantee safe operation by minimizing explosions or fire hazards of a pyrolysis facility. CONSTITUTION: A device for continuously discharging pyrolytic residue with an air blocking function comprises a residue guide unit(10), a residue storage tank(20), and a stacking and holding unit. The residue guide unit comprises an inlet hole(11), and a valve(12). The inlet hole is connected to an outlet hole of a pyrolysis reactor. The residue discharged from the pyrolysis reactor flows into the inlet hole. The valve is installed inside the residue guide unit. The residue storage tank is connected to a lower part of the residue guide unit, holds falling residues. The stacking and holding unit continuously maintains the residue in a charged state.
