PURPOSE: A route guiding method of a Navigation device for the aged is provided to avoid roads and routes where the aged drivers avoid and to reach to a destination location through right turns so far as possible. CONSTITUTION: A route guiding method of a Navigation device for the aged is as follows. A destination location is input(S11). Whether the destination location or a current location is in the downtown area set in advance or not is decided or whether the destination location is in a short distance within a range set in advance or not is decided(S13). If the destination location or the current location is in the downtown area or within the short distance, a left turn is restrained and a right turn route capable of reaching to the destination location through right turns is searched(S14).
