NOVEL SELF-DYING RECOMBINANT MICROORGANISM FOR MEASURING SOIL AND WATER CONTAMINATION

PURPOSE: A sphingomonas paucimobilis SQL2 strain is provided to quantitatively visualize toxicity and biological use of aromatic hydrocarbon. CONSTITUTION: A Sphingomonas paucimobilis SQL2 strain has a base sequence of sequence number 1 and is used for specifically measuring aromatic hydrocarbon a pollutant in a sample. The aromatic hydrocarbon is phenanthrene. The aromatic hydrocarbon has high toxicity in case of soil or water pollution by oil. Phenanthrene is a representative polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).
