PURPOSE: A location based distributed information providing server system is provided to offer rapid service interlocking speed and to control the concentration of access phenomenon by adding data to a central server unit. CONSTITUTION: An AP(Access Point) information management unit(121) manages and collects information for a high access AP. A GPS(Global Positioning System) information storage unit(122) stores and manages information based on GPS. A transmission route creation unit(123) creates and grasps optimal data transmission route through data based on the GPS. An AP and GPS information creation unit(124) autonomously updates new AP information and GPS information based on the data collected by a manager.
