<p>PURPOSE: A thin film transistor, an x-ray detector, and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to accurately transfer and detect information since a parasitic capacitance value is maintained regularly regardless of the shift of a mask. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode includes one or more gate electrode parts(11a,11b). A source electrode(21) is arranged between the gate electrode parts. The source electrode includes a first side region(21a) contacting a first gate electrode part and a second side region(21b) contacting a second gate electrode part. A drain electrode includes one or more drain electrode parts(23a,23b) arranged on the gate electrode part. First parasitic capacitance(Cgs1) and second parasitic capacitance(Cgs2) are connected to be parallel.</p> |
