PURPOSE: A surgical instrument and a surgical robot system including the same are provided to enhance transfer efficiency by including a transfer means and rapidly transferring a quantity of surgical subsidiary material in the body at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(41) is attached to a robotic arm of surgical robot. A shaft(43) is combined with the driving unit and is extended. An effector(47) is driven according to the control of the driving unit. The effector comprises hinged support stands(49, 51). The effector is attached and detached to the shaft. The support stands comprise a plurality of groove units. A surgical subsidiary material is fixed to the plurality of groove units within the hinged support stands.
