PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a large integrated crankshaft for a ship and power generation is provided to prevent untended heating of a preform except for a part to be forged by employing a partial heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a large integrated crankshaft for a ship and power generation comprises the steps of: heating ingot(50) first, freely forging the ingot with a hydraulic press(63) to form a square bar-shaped product(52), freely forging the square bar-shaped product with the hydraulic press to form a round bar-shaped product(53), cutting the round bar-shaped product to obtain a preform(70) having a plurality of crank throw material parts(73,74,75), locating one of the crank throw material parts inside a partial heating apparatus(100) and heating secondly, and forging a crank throw by pressing pin and web material portions(73a,73b) of the heated crank throw material part simultaneously in vertical and horizontal directions.
