<p>PURPOSE: A geothermal exchanging member for a geothermal cooling and heating apparatus, and a geothermal cooling and heating apparatus comprising thereof is provided to improve geothermal exchanging efficiency through expanding the route for heat exchanging. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal exchanging member for a geothermal cooling and heating apparatus, and a geothermal cooling and heating apparatus comprising thereof comprise a packer(183), a pumping pipe(184), an outside return pipe(186), and an inside return pipe(187). The packer divides a geothermal hole(20) for a geothermal exchanging member into a lower part and an upper part. The pumping pipe is expanded to the lower part divided by the packer. The geothermal exchanging fluid in the lower part divided by the packer is supplied for the cooling and heating performance of the geothermal cooling and heating apparatus. The outside return pipe is expanded to the upper part divided by the packer. The geothermal exchanging fluid supplied by the pumping pipe is circulated in the geothermal cooling and heating apparatus and returned to the upper part divided by the packer. The inside return pipe passes through the packer for connecting the upper part and the lower part divided by the packer and is projected to predetermined height.</p> |
