PURPOSE: An endoscope device and an image data processing method thereof are provided to conveniently check an image of a necessary site in the diagnosis by transferring and storing a part of whole image to a separate screen area. CONSTITUTION: A capsule endoscope(10) takes a photograph of an image of the digestive organs(41) within a human body(40). The capsule endoscope transmits the recorded image to a receiver(20) in real time. The receiver receives image data from a sensor sensing a signal in the human body. The sensor is electrically connected with the receiver. The receiver transmits the image data to a work station(30). The work station reproduces the image data received from the receiver with a frame as a unit.
