PURPOSE: A standing refrigerator is provided to effectively cool an inner space of the refrigerator by supplying cooling air to a lower part from an upper part by using a cross-flow fan. CONSTITUTION: A standing refrigerator comprises a body(100), a duct(50), and a cross-flow fan(30). The body comprises a storage space inside. The duct is placed on a front side of an upper part. The cross-flow fan is placed in the duct. The duct comprises a vertical part(51) and a horizontal part(52), which is connected to the vertical part. An inlet port(51a) is formed in the vertical part and an outlet port(52a) is formed in the horizontal part. A rotary shaft of the cross-flow fan is placed horizontal to the duct and connected to the outlet port.
