PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to reduce the width of seal pattern formation areas of a liquid crystal panel and eliminate a bezel area, thereby minimizing a screen non-display area of the liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: When an alignment film is formed, a contact hole(123) prevents the alignment film from being spread. The contact hole is formed on an end of a screen display area of an array substrate(110). A spacer(160) is formed on an end of a screen display area of a color filter substrate(130). When the alignment film is formed, the spacer prevents the alignment film from being spread. The spacer corresponds to the contact hole.
