PURPOSE: A Chinese character input device through a touch screen panel is provided to enable a user to easily memorize a consonant and a vowel by inputting the consonant and the vowel through an input window. CONSTITUTION: If a user presses and takes off each key, a first consonant is displayed. If the user takes off the key, second, third, or fourth consonant is displayed according to drag length. If the user selects a desired consonant, drag is performed and a Roman alphabet is displayed according to a drag direction.
