An apparatus and a method for acquisition of images of anatomical parts (A) in motion of a mammal, i.e., a human or animal subject (S), comprising a mobile source (1) of radiation penetrating through said anatomical part (A), a radiological detector (2, 8) for acquiring the radiological images resulting from the radiation that has passed through the anatomical part irradiated, a unit (3) for tracing the movements of said anatomical part, and a unit (4) for movement of said source (1), wherein an electronic control unit (7) issues a command for one or more emissions of radiation on the anatomical part (A) only in discrete positions (Ps) assumed by the anatomical part (A). |
